Rooms at the selected hotels have been booked and offered at special rates for the convenience of the congress participants. Please note that room numbers are limited. We recommend you to reserve as soon as possible.

Confirmation will be e-mailed when the reservation and payment are completed.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please notify cancellation in writing by fax or by e-mail. The following restrictions apply to cancellations.
- Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
- The handling charge will not be refunded when you cancel hotel reservation.
- All refunds will be made after the congress.
Hotel Accommodations
- 10 days or more before the date of arrival No cancellation fee
- 9 to 2 days before the date of arrival 20% of one night fee
- 1 day prior to the date of arrival 80% of one night fee
- On the date of arrival or no notice given 100% of one night fee
Failure to check in on the arrival date without prior notice may result in automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.
